How is the final price calculated?+

Pricing ranges from approximately $12 to $20 per verified guest room. The per-room rate decreases as quantity increases. Your formal itemized quote lists the verified quantity, exact rate, included hardware and complete project total before payment.

What does the $750 deposit do?+

The $750 production deposit is applied in full toward the project total and reserves your production slot after the formal quote is approved. The remaining balance is due after digital-proof approval and before physical production begins.

Is the deposit refundable?+

The deposit is refundable until custom design or property-specific encoding work begins. Once customization has started, it becomes non-refundable under the written order terms. If we are unable to fulfill the order, payments for the unfulfilled order are refunded.

Do I need to find our Google review link?+

No. Submit the hotel name and address. We use that information to identify and verify the correct property profile before preparing the quote and encoding plan.

Do guests need to download an app?+

No. Guests tap the NFC card with a compatible modern smartphone and the programmed page opens in the browser. The checkout-counter stands also provide a QR option.

How does the free month of Reputation Protection work?+

The complimentary 30-day period begins when the hardware package ships or is deployed. If selected, service continues afterward at $397 per month until canceled. The option is voluntary and is not preselected.

What does secure Stripe payment mean?+

Stripe securely processes the card payment and provides an electronic invoice and receipt. Refunds and cancellations follow the written quote and order terms; Stripe processing does not replace those terms or automatically guarantee a refund.
